Reflection: From this video, I have learned many interesting facts about the knowledge and creativity. I have able to evaluate that creativity can enhance the efficiency of the leaders. I have learned that if organizations able to utilize innovations and creative ideas properly, it will definitely help the organization to fulfill all its objectives. I have also identified that creativity attributes help the leaders to develop innovative ideas that can have major impact on the organizational success. Reflection: From this video, I have learned that human touch is very important to develop effective leadership style. I have understood that employees often like to work under the leaders that have specific human touch in their style. I also believe that it is necessary for the leaders to evaluate different perspectives of the employees to implement effective human touch to it.
